Automating Analyzer
Analyzer offers several automation tools that let you automate your analysis to achieve greater efficiency, and let you perform more complex and effective analysis. These tools are:

Automating features include:

Variables to act as placeholders for changing or user supplied values |
•
Macro substitution to substitute the values stored in variables for the parameters of a command, |

Group commands to efficiently run multiple commands together and to perform logical steps in your analysis |
•
Dialogs to prompt users for values |
•
An Apps menu to provide users with an easy to use menu structure for running procedures and workflows stored within a Shared Folder |
•
Workspaces to store re-usable or sharable field definitions |

Each automating feature can be saved and reused individually or in combination. You can realize significant time savings and productivity gains by using existing automating features to create re-usable applications and to facilitate continuous monitoring.
Automating processes in Analyzer can also include identifying and assigning results or exception to specific individuals or groups for review using the Results command in conjunction with the Results Manager (RM) system hosted by the Arbutus Hub Server. For more information see Results Manager and the Results Command.
